Morning and Evening Adhkar (Words of remembrance for morning and evening, 16 of 24)

Transliteration

Variation: Morning

Aṣbaḥnā ʿalā fiṭrati l-ʾislāmi, wa ʿalā ka-limati l-ʾikhlāṣi, wa ʿalā dīni nabiyyinā muḥammadin ṣallā llāh ʿalayhi wa sallam, wa ʿalā millati abīnā ibrāhīma, ḥanīfan musliman wamā kāna mina l-mushrikīn

We have entered the morning upon the natural way of Islam, the declaration of sincere faith, the religion of our Prophet Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him), and the faith of our forefather Ibraheem, who was upright, a Muslim, and not among those who associate partners with Allah.

Variation: Evening

Amsaynā ʿalā fiṭrati l-ʾislāmi, wa ʿalā ka-limati l-ʾikhlāṣi, wa ʿalā dīni nabiyyinā muḥammadin ṣallā llāh ʿalayhi wa sallam, wa ʿalā millati abīnā ibrāhīma, ḥanīfan musliman wamā kāna mina l-mushrikīn

We have entered the evening upon the natural way of Islam, the declaration of sincere faith, the religion of our Prophet Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him), and the faith of our forefather Ibraheem, who was upright, a Muslim, and not among those who associate partners with Allah.
