Transliteration
سُبُّوُحٌ، قُدُّوسٌ، رَبُّ المَلاَئِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ
Subbuwuḥun, quddūsun, rabbu l-malāʾikati wa ar-rūḥ
Perfect and Holy He is, Lord of the angles and the Rooh i.e. Jibra-eel.
