Transliteration
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَى سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ
Bismi llāhi wa ʿalā sunnati rasūli llāh
In the name of Allah and upon the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah.
