Dua for Someone Who Does You a Favour (Jazakallah Khair) (Invocation for someone who does good to you)
Transliteration
If someone does you a favour and you say:
جَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْراً
Jazāka llāhu khayrā
May Allah reward you with goodness.
then you have indeed excelled in praising him.
